I’m Caroline, a 5/1 Sacral ManiGen, serial wellness entrepreneur, founder of Norway Power Yoga, SWEAT by NPY, The Exhale Center, and the creator of The Embodied MG.
A 12-year veteran subtle body & energetics teacher specializing in coherence. Coherence between the body, the human, and infinite potential.
