What is EXHALE?

“I’ve been looking for this my whole life. I found a peace, or a sense of calm. Like coming home. I’ve been looking for this my whole life.”

As the words left an imprint in my eyes (it was a text) I started thinking…that’s EXACTLY how I felt. That’s exactly how I FEEL. I have to do more. More than NPY. More than yoga. MORE MORE MORE.

In case you don’t know me: Hiii I’m Caroline and I have no idea what I’m doing but I’m doing it anyway. It seems to work better if I just put it out there. I’ve gone from an anorexic overahciever looking to conquer the world and get a PhD to moving across the atlantic to Norway, opening a yoga studio, losing said studio, opening a new one, starting a podcast, and to here. I’m still doing the studio. Still doing the podcast. Life is not calming down, yet I have never had more clarity, more peace, more calm.

Some might call it ZEN, others the “ability to breathe” again.

What I know is that it’s the combination of a few ingredients that all my successful clients do that helps them (and myself) really level up and achieve amazing things. Whether that is being a mother of 4, being a CEO, a nurse, an entrepreneur….there’s a recipe for CALM despite the chaos.

I always say “anyone can find peace when it’s quiet, but I do this so I can teach you to find peace when it’s NOT!”

My life is crazy fun and exciting. But I also need to be reminded to stop and pause.

The first time it’ll be scary.

You’ll wonder if you’re doing it right.

You sit and think, does this really matter.
