Adequate (read: every day) physical movement is so important for Sacrals…and let’s be honest, we don’t always have time to workout for an hour AND go to yoga. This is why I’ve created this class.. and because every day can be leg day.

Bring a mat, water, a lot of enthusiasm and let’s get sweaty.

She’s the teacher for you if you don’t like a lot of alignment cues, but to “get to it” and focus on the spiritual and personal expansion part of your practice.

She loves to challenge you, empower you, break you out of the box, and to show you that you’re always…waaaay stronger than you think.
